Our Chef
Our chef, Sam, has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She has worked restaurants and food trucks all across the county before deciding to strike out on her own with Sam Sauce Food Truck. Her passion for food is evident in every dish she creates, and she loves nothing more than seeing the joy on her customers' faces.

The best tacos of my life! No joke and I’ve had a LOT of tacos. I had their mahi mahi tacos. They were super meaty and filling with mango, avocado and a bunch of other delicious stuff on top. Just wow. They were aesthetically beautiful as well. These people know how to make a taco 🌮
This. Was. DELICIOUS. We had the mahi mahi tacos, chicken bahn mi tacos, and crab cake hush puppies, and we were all practically licking the trays when we finished. Amazing food!!!
Had this last weekend at Maxline and it was amazing. Had the poutine and it didn’t disappoint, good portions and prices. Will definitely seek this truck out when making plans!
