She has worked restaurants and food trucks all across the county before deciding to strike out on her own with Sam Sauce Food Truck. Her passion for food is evident in every dish she creates, and she loves nothing more than seeing the joy on her customers' faces.

Our menu is a reflection of our philosophy - bold, flavorful dishes that are designed to delight the senses. From our birria grilled cheese to our thai nachos and mahi mahi tacos, we use only the freshest ingredients. We also offer a selection of vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options.
